One thing that stands out as a key success factor in how the company grows and performs, or a team/department excels, is not the tech, the decor, the “gimmicks”.
It’s the passion that people have for the job, the project, the client, the vision. This alone can add huge value to a company or proposition.
People who take ownership, champion the product or the customer, add value, go the extra mile are ones to hang on to tightly, even more so during difficult times!!
Nurturing that culture is not expensive. Poisoning it can be catastrophic.
