Paring it all back

🙋People.

I’ve worked with thousands of clients onsite and online over the years and learnt (sometimes the hard way) that unless you understand and can engage with your intended audience, and understand their problems, their emotions with the current situation/solution the chances of success are lower.

The best days I’ve ever had are sitting down with users and understand how they work, why they do things, what their pain points are.

I’ve seen tears, anger, laughter and happiness.

The time invested in understanding your audience is never wasted. Even if it is to know what they don’t want, like or need.

🗣️Listen and learn. The subtle details can make or break the whole thing.

Don’t be arrogant.

Get them on your side. Get them invested in your vision.🎢

“Your” people will make the product a success with you. 🤩🥳
