Successful Transformation Strategies

For transformation to be successful there are a few key elements to get sorted.

Identify the start. Baseline the current position. Assess what works, what doesn’t. What can change, what can’t.

Find the people. Are they willing and ready to change how they are working and support. Are they equipped with the right tools and skills.

Get the data. Do you understand it, have you got enough. How will you collect, process and store it.

Agree the destination. Do you know where you want to get to? How will you measure progress, what are the success factors to validate you have got there. Is everyone on board.

Finally and most importantly.

Establish the communication. Does everyone know you’re doing it. Have you a clear process, message, and cadence defined to inform people impacted by the transformation.
