Business Continuity Observation

Normally at Platform 2, there was a last minute platform change for this London bound train. Cue lots of PA announcements and people waving arms, herding passengers to Platform 1. Amusing but also an interesting observation in business continuity. No matter what processes are defined and how well orchestrated they are, there will always be a curveball. Being prepared and having the capability for a digital equivalent of arm waving to keep things going is always recommended to have on standby, and tested regularly to ensure it works.
