With the website up and running, Steven Miles, one of the trustees at North East Immediate Care asked whether there was anything we could do to help digitise the process of reporting on each case.
As part of their relationship with NEAS, they have to provide audit information across a wide range of areas for each case they attend such as drugs used and interventions.
Up till now this had been recorded on paper then transposed to a spreadsheet.
Extending the existing WordPress website, and adding in user authentication, we built a multi-page form with field validation and logic to capture all the data necessary across a wide variety of case types, then integrated the data into Office 365 for storage from which we built out a dashboard using PowerBI.
This allows for data to be reported on dynamically in a clear and accurate manner.
